Boldione, Desoxymethyltestosterone, 19-nor-4,9(10)- androstadienedione, officially banned on January 4th 2010

• The DEA has announced that effective on 1/4/2010, Boldione, desoxymethyltestosterone, and 19-nor-4,9(10)-androstadienedione will be classified of as Schedule III Anabolic Steroids Under the Controlled Substances Act.

• In 2008 the DEA along with the DOJ [(Docket No. DEA-285P)] RIN 1117-AB17] announced their intent to move forward withthis classification. The final ruling came in late 2009 [Federal Register: December 4, 2009(Volume 74, Number 232].
