the poor mans...fat burner

With the holidays coming up it's very easy to cheat on our diet.  With all the friends, family, drinks, and great food around us, those extra pounds can add up.  For me, this time of year money is tight, so I depend on a inexpensive fat burning stack of science proven supplements: green tea extract, caffeine, calcium, and capsaicin.

The green tea extraxt helps to keep norepinephrine levels up, while caffeine will free up fat from fat cells so it can be burned for fuel.  And calcium and capsaicin are proven to enhance fat loss. 

If you have some extra money left over, add in some conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), helps prevent the storage of fat and encourages the burning of more fat as fuel.
